Pryor Baseball Farm – Lesson Terms & Conditions
1. Lesson Scheduling
• All lessons must be scheduled in advance using our approved scheduling system or directly through staff.
• Clients are responsible for booking lessons within the terms of their package or membership.
• Lesson times are subject to availability and may change due to weather, field availability, or coach scheduling conflicts.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that lesson credit, unless due to emergency or illness (at Pryor Baseball Farm’s discretion).
• Missed lessons without notice (“no-shows”) are considered forfeited.

3. Weather Policy
• In the event of bad weather (lightning, heavy rain, unsafe field conditions), lessons may be:
• Moved to covered or indoor areas (if available),
• Rescheduled at no additional cost,
• Or converted to indoor drills, mental training, or video analysis if appropriate.
• Final decisions on weather-related changes will be made by the coaching staff.

4. Payment & Refunds
• All lesson packages and single sessions must be paid in advance.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or forfeited lessons.
• Lesson credits are valid for use during the current season or as specified in the purchase terms.
• Refunds may be issued in limited cases at the sole discretion of Pryor Baseball Farm management.

5. Code of Conduct
• Athletes and parents are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other players with respect.
• Any form of inappropriate behavior, verbal abuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in dismissal from the session without refund.
• Repeated violations may result in termination of lessons or future participation.

6. Safety & Liability
• All participants must have a current waiver on file prior to attending lessons.
• Participants must wear appropriate footwear and bring water.
• While we take all reasonable precautions, participation in athletic training carries inherent risks. Pryor Baseball Farm is not liable for injuries sustained during lessons.

7. Communication & Contact Info
• We use email and SMS to send lesson reminders, scheduling updates, and important information.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current.
• By registering for lessons, you consent to receive SMS updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Media Release (Optional)
• Photos or videos taken during lessons may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing.

Pryor Baseball Farm – Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All lesson purchases, including single sessions, packages, and memberships, are non-refundable once payment is processed.
We are committed to providing exceptional service, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we do not offer cash refunds, we may issue lesson credits in specific cases as outlined below.

2. Cancellations & Missed Lessons
• With at least 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your lesson without penalty. Your session credit will remain valid for future use.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The lesson will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued, except in cases of emergency or illness (at our discretion).

3. Weather-Related Cancellations
• Lessons canceled by Pryor Baseball Farm due to weather, field closures, or unsafe conditions will be rescheduled or credited—not refunded.
• In the event of prolonged cancellations due to weather, credit extensions may be considered.

4. Injury or Medical Exception
• If an athlete sustains a long-term injury (verified by a physician) that prevents them from continuing lessons, we may issue a partial credit or transfer remaining lessons to a family member.
• Requests must be submitted in writing.

5. Program Changes or Coach Unavailability
• If Pryor Baseball Farm cancels a program or is unable to provide a scheduled coach or service, you will receive the option to reschedule, receive a credit, or transfer to another service, depending on availability.
• No refunds will be given for scheduling changes made by the participant.

6. Credits and Transfers
• Unused lesson credits may be transferred to another athlete within the same household upon request.
• Credits are valid only during the active season or specified usage period and do not roll over indefinitely unless stated otherwise.

7. Special Promotions and Discounts
• Promotional offers, discounted packages, or free-trial lessons are non-refundable and may have separate usage terms.

• If a duplicate or erroneous payment occurs, please contact us immediately. We will issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
