Pryor Baseball Farm League – Terms and Conditions

By registering for participation in Pryor Baseball Farm League (“Farm League”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Participation
• Participation in Farm League is open to registered players within the specified age group and season dates.
• All participants and their guardians agree to abide by the rules, code of conduct, and expectations set by Pryor Baseball Farm and its coaching staff.

2. Weather & Scheduling
• Pryor Baseball Farm does not control the weather and cannot guarantee ideal playing conditions.
• In the event of inclement weather, cancellations or schedule adjustments may occur. We will make every effort to reschedule or adjust programming as space and time allow.
• Makeup dates are not guaranteed and are based on field availability, staff, and the broader league schedule.

3. Refund Policy
• All registrations are final.
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, inclement weather, partial attendance, or withdrawal after registration.
• Credits or transfers may be considered at Pryor Baseball Farm’s sole discretion in cases of verified medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

4. Liability Waiver
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Pryor Baseball Farm, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss during league activities.

5. Media Release
• By registering, you grant Pryor Baseball Farm the right to use photos, videos, and other media taken during league activities for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided.

6. Code of Conduct
• Players, parents, and spectators are expected to show respect, sportsmanship, and positive support for all participants, coaches, and officials.
• Pryor Baseball Farm reserves the right to remove any individual from the program for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive, with no refund.

7. Program Changes
• Pryor Baseball Farm reserves the right to modify program structure, coaches, location, and schedule as necessary.
